Refund & Return Policy

14-day no-questions-asked returns for unopened products.

1. Your Right to Return

Under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order and return Mirine Source within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. This right applies regardless of the reason for return.

2. Conditions for Returns

Unopened Packages

The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging. Once opened, the product cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Timeframe

The 14-day return period starts from the date of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Condition

The package must show no signs of tampering or damage. Products that appear to have been used cannot be refunded.

3. How to Request a Return

  3. We will provide return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the unopened package back to us
  5. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged on arrival). We recommend using tracked courier service.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned package
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refund amounts exclude original shipping costs (non-refundable)

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially used packages
  • Packages damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products returned after 14 days
  • Products where the seal has been tampered with

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@organicjointsglo.world. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

8. Defective Products

If Mirine Source is defective or does not meet the quality standards described, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Contact us with photos of the defect.

9. Your Consumer Rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
